Leica iCON build v7.8: Leica AP20 AutoPole Tilt status indicator

iCON field v7.8 introduced a new AP20 tilt status indicator feature that gives the user a better indication of how stable the tilt initialisation is. A green bar indicates that the tilt initialisation is stable, and a low yellow value indicates that the tilt is unstable and might be lost soon.
