Dr. Kirk, could you at some point touch on your thoughts about force majeure for metals being kept in known depositories? The reports that I'm seeing are that the country (and the world) will be extremely deficient in silver stores for solar panels, TVs, EV batteries, etc., as I think you alluded to here. As that happens, and the Fed looks for any way it can to increase silver stores without allowing the price of silver to go through the roof, what's to keep them out of our pockets? If silver goes up 2000% on my empty vault... well, that math isn't too difficult to do. And in that scenario, allocating stronger into silver will only hurt us more.

I was listening to Jovan Pulitzer earlier and he was talking about when we were taken off the gold standard and then when we were allowed to actually legally own silver and gold again after they had confiscated it back in the 30’. He said that put a little loop hole in the legislation that they could legally confiscate it again and the exception was they could not legally confiscate silver and gold that was made into coinage, but they could still confiscate bars. Are you aware of this detail and what do they legally consider coinage if what he said is accurate? Is it only Silver or gold Eagles? Or regular silver rounds? Any details to share? Thanks, Garrett

There will be no rate cuts…there will be only rate increases up to four times this year and into the next. That’s right, rates will increase due to war that will begin before the election or directly right after. Could even be as soon as May. Silvers ceiling sits at 54-55 by mid 2027. Looking at possible 37 range by Nov to Jan of 25. Dow is the slow play as it will only climb to around the 65000 level by 2031.
