Narrator: Registering for My Canada Life at Work takes just a few minutes.

Description: Cut to the “Sign in” page
of the My Canada Life at Work website displayed on a laptop screen.
Narrator: And click “Register.”
Description: The camera zooms into the screen as a cursor enters the frame and selects the “Register” button.
Narrator: Then select “Savings” to manage your savings plans.
Description: The “Register” page is shown and the “Select” button is clicked underneath the “Savings” section.
Narrator: Enter your plan or policy and certificate numbers you received from your plan administrator. Then choose “Next.”
Description: The plan number and certificate numbers are entered in the form fields. The “Next” button is clicked.
Narrator: Now enter your first and last name as they appear in your enrolment package or on your statement.
Description: The “Account registration” page is shown. The member’s first and last name are entered in the “Personal information” section.
Narrator: Next, you’ll add your personal email address and a password you’ll always use to sign in.

Narrator: Now it’s time to get you set up with multi-factor authentication.

Narrator: Sign in with the credentials you just provided and review the privacy notice. To verify your email address, we’ll email you a 6-digit code for you to enter.
Description: The user is brought to the sign in page and proceeds to fill in their password. Once hitting continue, a email notification pops up with the 6-digit sign in code.
Narrator: Then we’ll secure your account. Provide the phone number you’d like to use for multi-factor authentication
Description: The user is then guided to the next screen where they provide their phone number and select continue.
Narrator: We’ll verify your identity one last time to complete your multi-factor authentication set up.
Description: The user then types in their 6-digit code into the “Verify your identity” screen to finalize their identity screening and clicks “Continue”.
Narrator: Now it’s time to complete your registration. Enter a few more personal details, then click Continue.
Description: The user is then presented with the page “Complete you registration” where they continue to fill out their personal details such as date of birth and their full name. Then clicks continue.
Description: The user is then guided to a final page asking if they’d like to receive personal product and service recommendations and the user selects “Yes” and clicks continue.
