Amid the coronavirus pandemic, Georgia State University Perimeter College students Diana Ha and Matthew Wessler were surprised by Dean Nancy Kropf when, via a video chat, she broke the news they have been awarded the Jack Kent Cooke Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship to attend the four-year college or university of their choice. Both plan to continue their education at Georgia State’s Atlanta Campus.
