The expectation of what we as employees on this role are very well addressed in this awesome video . I believe we are here to connect and help customers and treat them the same way you want your parents to be treated when they are looking for medical insurance options.

I enjoyed this video because I've had jobs where I was helping people and to hear everyone talk about how much of an impact they make on people's lives is so important to me. I love the job growth that was talked about and the work environment. This is very exciting.

I really enjoyed watching this video! The corporate culture where you feel like you are family, are supported, and also feel like you are making a difference in the lives of others is what grabbed my attention! These employees really seem to love what they do! And the part where you can job shadow other coworkers and grow in your career and support each other is also what caught my attention.
