Hi, everyone, and welcome. A really big welcome to those of you in the room and those of you who are coming in remotely. We all know the importance of technology to the success of our organization. And you know, we continue to strengthen and invest in all areas of technology, from cloud, to data, to security, engineering, and application delivery.
I'm really proud of the innovation and the evolution that's happening across our organization and the progress we're making on our technology strategy. We're embracing agile practices and evolving our ways of working to help us deliver with more speed, with more quality, with more value to our business partners.
And now we're going to pivot to really bring all of this together. App modernization, API, cloud, and data to inform that target state that enables the business transformation. We have a clear strategy, and I know our teams are really excited to work together and to modernize as we move forward.

We're also learning new ways of working together, built on hybrid work with a focus on flexibility. The culture that we're building is just so exciting. And we're doing such wonderful work on diversity, on equity, and inclusion with our focus on inclusive experiences in building a very, very diverse team.
And I would just add it all up by saying we've got this relentless focus on our customers, our advisors, and our employees. With all of us working together as one Canada Life, we have the plan, we have the team, we have the momentum, to be very successful.
