How to submit a claim with GroupNet – Canada Life
Get step-by-step instructions on how to submit a claim online with GroupNet for plan members. Submit claims anywhere. It’s fast and easy!

Narrator: You can submit a claim anywhere, anytime, with GroupNet for plan members.
Description: He presses the “Make claim” button in the menu at the bottom of the screen.
Narrator: Just select the benefit type and choose who the claim is for.
Description: The “Make a claim” screen appears with five steps. He first selects his plan, then his name.
Narrator: Then choose the service.
Description: He finds physiotherapy coverage.
Narrator: Next, enter or select your health care provider’s name.
Description: Robert presses his existing physiotherapist listed.
Narrator: Answer a few questions about the claim and enter the expense details.
Description: He responds to the questions, then fills out the date, service type, length of visit and amount charged.
Narrator: Now attach your receipts or claim documents, by taking a photo with your phone or attaching a file.
Description: He uses his phone to take a picture of his receipt. The image is uploaded to GroupNet app’s claim screen.
Narrator: You’re almost done! Review your claim and then submit it.
Description: The claim summary appears; he scrolls to review and presses “Submit claim.” The claim is successfully submitted.
Narrator: Want to check the status of your claim? Go to Claim history.

Narrator: Through claim payment notifications, we’ll tell you when your claim’s been processed.
