Mining has a talent problem. As the industry becomes more and more digitized, a new generation of digital-native
engineers will be needed to capitalize on the technologies that are transforming the industry. However, there are too
few young professionals choosing mining as a career. What can be done, by individual companies and by the industry
at large, to reverse this trend and ensure that mining attracts the best and the brightest?
