2D excavator introduction

These videos will show you the basics of how machine control works,
focusing on the 2D mode of operation.
We start by looking at the machine setup, the sensors that make it possible to show the exact position of the bucket's cutting edge at all times.
We introduce you to 'benching' the excavator - meaning how to get a reference height - using either the bucket or a rotating laser.
Then we use this benching to dig a manhole, with and without a laser reference.
The next 2 videos show how to create a surface with 2 slopes, with and without a laser reference.
We show how to excavate a trench for a pipe, using the range indicator.
