Explore Gale eBooks & Cameron’s Collection for Maryland Digital Library

Gale eBooks allows your library to build a custom collection of nonfiction and reference eBooks from Gale and other top publishers. All of your Gale eBooks titles can be accessed 24/7, on any device, by unlimited simultaneous users. Further, your users can pinpoint the exact content they need by cross searching all of your titles to locate relevant information at the chapter level.

Recent enhancements to Gale eBooks further Gale’s commitment to accessibility and maintain a consistent user experience across Gale products.
• A contextual and “sticky” toolbar ensures that the most important research tools are always in the user’s view.
• A streamlined presentation of search facets provides an at-a-glance view of filtering options and simplifies navigation of search results.
• New functionality lets users make multiple selections within each facet when limiting search results.
• Text resizing tools have been added to all eBook products.
• New Explore panel groups supplemental support tools, including “More Like This” article suggestions, to promote further exploration of eBooks.

This session will also explore Cameron’s Collection on Gale eBooks, which promotes awareness of student mental health and wellness issues on your campus.
