Reading Tips for First Year Writers

First year writing students can learn to hack their reading so they don't get stuck. In this webinar, Dr. Gangi will explain how she teaches students to "mark, annotate, sort, and sequence" (MASS) readings before looking at the fine detail. She will give examples of how she teaches annotation and sequencing strategies more specific to the reading of research articles.
