The aging system in Korea is different than the U.S, or at least was before a new law passed that they would be using the U.S aging system. Basically from what I know, when your born you're already one and then you turn a year older ever new year and on your birthday.

I stopped watching bls for a while since most bls lately have been very disappointing but this one I really enjoyed!
