Each year, the complexity of the pharmacy landscape and how to effectively manage it increases. Strategizing and working through system structures and how goals are achieved is critical to reach success. The Executive Pharmacy Exchange allows for industry topics, selected by pharmacy leaders via a pre-conference survey, to be addressed by a panel of peers who will share a variety of experiences and practice pearls. This discussion will be followed by a working session that will focus on technology and innovation, incorporating interactive breakout groups.
