A few years back our co-founders had reached a turning point with their contracts. Thousands of contracts, no way to manage all the commitments. It was a legal and financial nightmare. But in the words of the great Nelson Mandela: "It always seems impossible until it's done." Fate brought our co-founders together and they began working on these issues.The goal was to provide powerful and actionable contract insights in the blink of an eye. Smarter contracts, more profitable deals. Which eventually led to forming a new company, Malbek.
